She spearheaded a transformational journey, setting up a comprehensive cybersecurity and data protection program which aimed to elevate PNB's cybersecurity posture within five key pillars: Cyber and Data Protection Strategy, Risk and Compliance, Culture, Third Parties, and Technology. A notable achievement is the development of a cybersecurity-related blueprint for a new cloud-based unit trust financial planner system, charting the course for PNB's technological evolution and setting a precedent for industry standards in safeguarding sensitive data.

Dr Ong Chen Hui is the Assistant Chief Executive of Business and Technology Group at the Infocomm and Media Development Authority (IMDA), where she oversees the agency’s efforts in developing the industry and research ecosystem around emerging technologies. Dr Ong started the Future Communications R&D Programme to support 6G research, Digital Trust Centre to support research into trust technologies, the 5G Innovation Programme to support industries in adopting 5G and launched the A.I. Verify toolkit for governance of AI.

Dr Ong has spent more than 20 years in R&D and technology innovation. She is a member of the OT Cybersecurity Experts Panel of Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore (CSA), the chair of Singapore Women-in-Tech and one of the honorees of Singapore 100 Women in Tech 2021. Dr Ong also serves in the Executive Committee of Association of Infocomm Security Professionals. Prior to IMDA, Dr Ong was the APJ CTO in Trustwave – a Singtel company and Principal Member of Technical Staff in DSO National Laboratories.

Professor Nah Fui-Hoon Fiona, Professor at the City University of Hong Kong, is a pioneering researcher in human-AI collaboration, NeuroIS, and the metaverse. Featuring on the Stanford’s list of top 2% most-cited scientists globally, Fiona serves as the Editor-in-chief of the Association for Information Systems (AIS) Transactions on Human-Computer Interaction. Professor Saw Seang Mei, Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School, SERI, and NUS Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, is a renowned physician epidemiologist and innovator. She made significant contributions using digital platforms and AI to predict high myopia in children. Seang Mei is the main inventor of the FitSight tracker, a patented myopia lifestyle tracker designed to slow myopia progression in myopic children. Additionally, she led the development of a novel AI technique for early detection of myopia patterns in fundus image photos, a tool potentially useful worldwide, particularly in rural areas.

Recognised for her impactful work, Seang Mei was named one of the World’s Top 100 influential people in Ophthalmology in 2014 and 2023. She has been featured in various publications and media, including a live interview on BBC World News in 2018 discussing video gaming's impact on myopia. Her work has drawn attention from international media, including BBC radio and social media teams visiting Singapore to cover her research.

Seang Mei is dedicated to leveraging technology to enhance vision and life quality. She aims to tackle childhood myopia globally, enabling children in all countries to track and promote outdoor lifestyles. Seang Mei aspires to be remembered as a compassionate technology pioneer, continuously challenging the norm and developing advanced solutions for high myopia in the community.

Professor Sun Sun Lim, Vice President of Partnerships and Engagement at Singapore Management University, is a renowned figure in the study of technology's social impact, AI ethics, and technology in family life. An author and former Nominated Member of Parliament, she's recognised for her contributions in the Singapore 100 Women in Tech list in 2020. Her work crucially addresses online safety and digital inclusion.

Professor Yeong Wai Yee, Professor and Chair at the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, pioneered technology-driven biomedical research. A mechanical engineer fascinated by biological systems, she delved into 3D Bioprinting, working on a project to advance precision medicine. Wai Yee's goal is to collaborate with peers in Bioelectronics to contribute towards developing electronic implantable devices that can treat diseases and replace failing organs.

Throughout her career, Wai Yee focused on the transformative potential of 3D Printing in society. As the program director for the Singapore Centre for 3D Printing and the HP-NTU Digital Manufacturing Corporate Lab, she led a team of specialists in 3D bioprinting and functional materials printing. Their international recognition is a testament to their innovative work, with several projects paving the ways towards integration into industry applications to enhance processes and create novel devices. For her efforts, Wai Yee was acknowledged as one of 2021 Singapore 100 Women in Tech.

As the first female chair of NTU’s School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Wai Yee recognises the challenges faced by women in mechanical engineering and the gender gap in leadership roles. Silvia and her team were able to successfully implement various security initiatives across the organisation. These projects have greatly improved the organisation’s capabilities on incident identification, protection, detection, response and recovery, and involved numerous stakeholders from regions such as Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Vietnam. Silvia’s focus is to integrate cybersecurity as a key business enabler, promoting governance, risk management, compliance, and cybersecurity. Through public speaking and mentorship, she shares her expertise and promotes best practices.
